National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 Recognition

The National Trial Lawyers Association recognizes 40 trial attorneys under the age of 40 years of age the distinction of being named a member of The National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 under 40. Membership in this prestigious group is achieved by invitation only and extended solely to attorneys “who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young trial attorney.” Only 40 trial attorneys in the state of New Jersey are awarded this recognition during each reporting period. This bestowment is considered a very exclusive honor and a sign of national recognition stemming from an attorney’s exceptional performance as a young trial attorney.  Attorney Gerald Clark has received this recognition.
